Bakhman’s birthday took an unexpected turn when a purchase he made to celebrate the occasion turned out to be worth $1 million.
On his birthday, Bakhman stopped at Menlo Park Beverage in Portland, Oregon, and treated himself to a Powerball ticket, selecting the Quick Pick option.
He later scanned the ticket and was stunned by what appeared on the screen. There were six zeros, revealing that he had won a total of $1,000,000.
Still unsure that what he was seeing was real, Bakhman travelled to the Wilsonville Claim Center, where his win was confirmed.
